| Pre-sends are presents! |
|
Solo clients (those who upload and manage their own emails and databases): We know
that quite often you’re in a hurry, and don’t allow yourself much double-checking time. It is however extremely important that you send yourself
(and maybe a second person with an email client different to yours) a pre-send to verify that your email is displayed and working as intended. A few
additional minutes can make a big difference.

| Certech & RMBS email addresses discontinued |
|
All email addresses ending with @rmbs.co.za or @certech.co.za are no longer in use.
It’s a safe bet that the address has simply changed to an @outboxed.co.za equivalent, but if you’re not sure, you’re welcome to give us a call on
010 590 6240 to confirm.

| Apostrophes eish! |

Father’s day is so close, so we thought we’d remind you that, when uploading a new
message or assigning email subject lines on the system, none of them should contain any apostrophes (or other special characters). So make sure that
you use Fathers Day instead of Father’s Day in your upload names and subject lines, otherwise some email functionality might be
broken.
