chill! In this month’s newsletter we have a great added extra that we hope will help you grow your database. We provide some clarification
regarding design time allocation and as always, we try to
inspire you with some newsletter topic ideas and concepts for the upcoming
months.
We believe that it’s not enough to merely create amazing designs to keep
your existing client base coming back for more. We want to help you grow your database!
In that spirit we’re rolling out a free* service to you, starting this month: An online newsletter signup form, with added ways to
point people in its direction.
We’ll provide you with the following: (We're using our implementation
for De Toren Private Cellar as our working example)
Subscription Form: A newsletter signup form that will capture the information directly to your database.
Shortlink: Direct people in the form’s direction via your website, social media, print media etc.
QR Code: A
QR code that you can incorporate into your print
or other media.
Sounds interesting, doesn’t it? As this functionality takes some time to
set up, we’ll be approaching the roll-out on a first come, first serve basis.

There seems to be some confusion as to what our time per email design allocation is. We’d like to take this opportunity and
clarify;
We allow 3 versions per email design:
V1
= New email design (Max 1½ hour design time allocated + 1 FREE standard

V2
= Minor Edits (Max 30 min)
V3
= Small edits like spelling and grammar. No new content etc. (Max 15 min)
Your 1st draft (V1) shall be ready within 48 hours (once we’ve
received ALL relevant info that should be included in the new email). A further 24 hours then for V2 and again for V3. If we
need to spend more time on your email design we are happy to do so at an hourly rate of R750 (excl 14% VAT).
